Mechanics:

The promo is on September 27 & 28, 2025. The grand draw will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2025 at SMX Convention Center Manila, Mall of Asia.
It is open to all visitors of Wedding Expo Philippines 45th edition visitors, 18 years old and above.
Every P2,000.00 single booking / purchase of any participating exhibitor’s product/service entitles the customer to one (1) raffle coupon.
All booking / purchase receipts may be exchanged for the corresponding number of coupons at the BOOK TO WIN promo booth located at Hall 3 of SMX Convention Center Manila during Wedding Expo Philippines 45th edition.
Receipts to be presented: Sales Invoice, Service Invoice, Official Receipts and Provisional Receipts.
To join the raffle promo, the customer must fill-out the raffle coupon with his/her complete, name, address, contact number, email address and affix his/her signature before dropping the entries in the Drop Box / Tambiolo located at the Halls 3 of SMX Convention Center Manila. Deadline for dropping entries is on Sunday, September 29, 7:00 p.m.
The draw will be held at Hall 2, SMX Convention Center Manila, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City on Sunday, September 28, 2025, 7:30 pm, under the supervision of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative.
Prizes to be won:
a. Two-Night Stay for 2 with breakfast at Admiral Hotel Manila M Gallery
b. Two-Night Stay for 2 with breakfast at City of Dreams Manila
c. Two-Night Stay for 2 with breakfast at Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts
d. One (1) pair of 14k yellow gold Goldenhills Jewelry wedding rings
e. Two (2) Units Bric’s Bellagio 30” Luggage
Hotel vouchers will be issued to the winner of the 2-night stay with breakfast at Admiral Hotel Manila MGallery, the 2-night stay with breakfast at City of Dreams Manila, the 2-night stay with
breakfast at Hilton Manila Newport Resorts World. Validity period: October 2025 to March 2026. The validity period may be extended for another six (6) months if the winner will not be able to use the hotel voucher by March 2026.
Prize certificates will be issued to the winner of the Goldenhills Jewelry wedding rings and the two (2) units of Bric’s Bellagio 30” Luggage.
A participant can only win once within the duration of the promo period, if a name wins more than once, he/she gets the prize of higher value.
Winner will be notified through telephone, email and registered mail and may claim their respective prizes within sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification and upon presentation of
the winning stubs and valid identification such as company ID, passport, driver’s license, GSIS or SSS ID and registered mail.
Prizes exceeding P10,000.00 will be subject to 20% withholding tax. Winners shall assume the responsibility of settling of all fees and taxes imposed by the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
Prizes are non-convertible to cash.
Hotel Vouchers and Prize Certificates may be claimed from Themes &Motifs The Special Events Co., Inc. head office, 3 rd Floor RCDC Building Roosevelt Avenue, Quezon City. Transportation and other expenses for claiming the prize will be shouldered by the winner.
The prizes, if not claimed within sixty (60) days after receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Themes & Motifs with prior approval of the Department of Trade and Industry.
Employees of Themes & Motifs, participating sponsors, exhibitors including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
